In 2016 our team lead a successful test that is changing the way social engagement is completed in the near future for Purina.   

Objective

Provide engagement for multiple Purina brands across three social platforms to increase brand advocates, strengthen relationships with brand loyal customers, and drive users to brand websites.

Key Results

  • Response Time: Exceeded goal by 130%
  • Surprise and Delight: Increase in shipments and User Generated Content for brand use vs 2015
  • Website Traffic: Everyday engagement links accounted for a significant portion of traffic to all websites.
